GE intends to cut 12,000 jobs

The US conglomerate follows in the footsteps of Siemens with the announcement of massive staff reductions in the power division. The market will continue to face challenges, says the CEO.

GE is planning to dismiss 12,000 employees in its power plant division, GE Power, informs the conglomerate in a press release.
