Ineos launches legal challenge against Scottish government over fracking ban
The Scottish government is now being taken to court by Ineos after it introduced a fracking ban.
Together with partner Reach, Ineos Shale has lodged a petition for judicial review of the Scottish government's decision to ban oil and gas fracking, writes the company in a press release.
