
Drilling rig company Seadrill on Monday finally wrapped up an almost year-long restructuring process.
The company, listed in New York and Norway, and which has Norwegian shipping magnate John Fredriksen as chairman, in September 2017 buckled under a heavy debt load and subsequently filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
