Kuwait's oil company wants to be operator on Norwegian shelf

Kuwaiti oil company KufPec has invested close to USD 1 billion in the Norwegian North Sea in the past couple of years, and the company is now looking to become an operator in the region, CEO tells media Finansavisen.
