Oil prices fluctuate due to oil stocks and cuts

The oil price boosted slightly Thursday morning even though US oil reserves increased to the highest level this year.

Prices on European Brent oil and US WTI oil increased Thursday, despite the fact that US oil stocks have increased to the highest level this year. Investors also expect that OPEC will cut down on its oil production.
