Maersk Drilling CEO: New contract creates better finances in drilling work

Besides providing drilling services, Maersk Drilling will also coordinate and plan drilling on 12 offshore wells.

By taking on a larger strategic role, Maersk Drilling is planning on generating more profit via a new type of contract and alliance with the newly established oil and gas supply company Seapulse. According to the deal, Maersk Drilling will both deliver its drilling rigs and coordinate and plan the drilling work on 12 offshore wells.
