Russia resists – no guarantee for OPEC reductions

There is no certainty that OPEC and Russia will be able to reach an agreement on Friday for production cuts in order to raise oil prices, informed Saudi Arabian oil minister Khalid Al-Falih at the OPEC meeting on Thursday in Vienna, where the cartel included Russian in its meeting, called OPEC+, in order to discuss possible production cuts.
