Equinor has invested millions in Russia since the sanctions

According to Norwegian media Aftenposten, Norway's state-owned oil company has invested EUR 220 million in Russia  since 2014 where sanctions were introduced against the country.

Norway's state-owned oil company Equinor, formerly Statoil, has invested millions of EUR in Russia since 2014, the same year Norway and other countries introduced sanctions against Russia after the annexation of the Crimea Penninsula.
