Burmeister & Wain Scandinavian Contractor (BWSC) enjoyed unfair advantages in the public tender for power plants in Africa. An investigation of three projects in Africa conducted by Danish law firm Poul Schmidt – appointed as the Danish state attorney – on behalf of BWSC has concluded that at least two public tenders were processed in violation of regulations by several of the contractor's associated personnel.
