Maersk Drilling CEO: Oil companies are investing again

After several years of pressured offshore oil activities, Maersk Drilling's CEO Jørn Madsen now notes that oil companies are once again willing to invest more in exploration.

Maersk Drilling has ample opportunity to fetch more activity and raise income in the coming years. However, this will require that the company can do its part to lower costs for the sector's customers – oil and gas companies – says Maersk Drilling Chief Executive Jørn Madsen in connection with the firm's capital markets day event held on Monday in Copenhagen.
