Maersk Drilling has entered an agreement with oil and gas company Perenco concerning the former's drilling rig, Resolute.

Maersk Drilling, listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen as The Drilling Company of 1972, has entered a deal with UK-French oil and gas company Perenco regarding drilling rig Resolute, Maersk Drilling informs via Twitter Monday.
