Atlantic Petroleum replaces entire board

The Faroese oil company's former CEO returns as chairman of the board, while former Logstor CEO resigns.

At an extraordinary general meeting Thursday, Faroese oil company Atlantic Petroleum replaced its entire three-person board of directors, the company informs in a stock exchange notice.
