ExxonMobil divests Norwegian assets worth USD 4.5bn

US-based oil supermajor ExxonMobil has entered a sales agreement worth USD 4.5 billion to sell its Norwegian upstream activities to Vår Energi, the former reveals.

Thursday, US-based oil supermajor ExxonMobil entered an agreement to sell its upstream Norwegian activities to Vår Energi for a price of USD 4.5billion, ExxonMobil informs in a statement.
