Centrica calls for bids for big North Sea oil outfit

Spirit Energy, one of the largest oil and gas extractors in the North Sea, is now formally up for grabs. The company's two owners, utilities Centrica and Stadtwerke München (SWM), have launched the sale, writes Reuters based on a document reportedly sent to potential buyers.
