Aker BP allowed to open new Norwegian oil field

The Norwegian Petroleum Directorate has now granted final approval to Aker BP, which can start operations at the Skogul field next month.

A new Norwegian oil and gas field, Skogul, will soon enter operation, the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate (NPD) confirms in a press statement Monday morning.
