Media: Spirit Energy sale on hold

Centrica will not sell the oil extractor just yet. The economy is under too much pressure, and the sale has therefore been postponed.

Since summer, utility Centrica has worked to divest its 69-percent share of oil company Spirit Energy. But now the divestment process has been put on hold, as the coronavirus and oil price war have created a double whammy in the global oil industry, writes media Energy Voice.
