At least half this year's oil licensing rounds in jeopardy
A series of planned oil licensing rounds around the world are at risk of being canceled because of the twin coronavirus and oil price war crisis, informs analyst firm Rystad Energy.
Global exploration and production sites licensed to oil companies stand to be reduced by 60 percent for offshore and 30 for onshore this year, relative to 2019, reports Norwegian analyst firm Rystad Energy.
