Oil prices rise Friday morning and show an average monthly appreciation for the third consecutive month. The Organization of the Oil Exporting Countries and its OPEC+ allies are preparing to ease their prior oil output limitations amid looming concerns that the market is not yet ready for more volume, Reuters reports.
