BP maintains Brazilian oil endeavor

The British supermajor keeps drilling in Brazil, prepared to prospect anew in deepsea basin Campos, according to media Upstream.

Oil firm British Petroleum, BP, drew attention when publishing its Q2 results last week by asserting the company intends to reduce its oil production by 40 percent over the next decade and, at the same time, refrain from prospecting for oil in new countries.
