Commodity trader Glencore prepares for major changes at the top of the organization after the company's board chair has announced that he will step down at next year's general assembly.

Swiss-British commodity trader Glencore will soon operate under an entirely new management, as board chair Tony Hayward will step down from his position at next year's general assembly, the group informs Thursday.
