Logstor sold for over EUR 250m

Triton sells Logstor for EUR 253m to an Irish insulation materials producer, thereby concluding more than two decades of ownership by private equity firms.

Kingspan Group takes over the ownership of Danish pipe manufacturer Logstor. The Irish producer of construction and insulation materials acquires full ownership from Triton Group for EUR 253m, the latter writes in a statement.
