BP starts operations at new gas field

The oil company is now supplying natural gas from the third of five fields entailed within a major Egyptian endevour.

British oil and gas supermajor BP has now commenced operations at the third phase of a contract worth USD 9bn located at the West Nile Delta (WND) offshore of Egypt, the oil outfit informs in a statement.
