Aker BP stays in the black, prepares for major investments

The Norwegian oil firm has got its business back on track at the start of 2021 – helped along by higher oil prices and solid output.

Oil company Aker BP books a first-quarter bottom line reminiscent of the one secured in Q4 2020: The firm earned USD 127m after tax, a couple of million dollars less than the preceding quarter, reads the interim report published Wednesday.
