Total commences large project in Angola below budget
The French oil major has commenced extraction efforts at project Zinia Phase 2 in Angola, which is expected to provide 40,000 bpd as of next year.
Production has commenced at prospect Zinia Phase 2, a part of Block 17 in Angola, confirms the oil endeavor's operator, Total.
