Maersk Drilling and Equinor maintain membership in controversial oil lobby

Maersk Drilling and Equinor are holding on to their membership in the American Petroleum Institute (API), an oil lobby criticized for obstructing climate change mitigation. Totalenergies has withdrawn. API has changed its course, says Maersk Drilling CEO Jørn Madsen.
