Chief legal officer warned Dan-Bunkering against sale of jet fuel to Russian customer

The first examination in the Dan-Bunkering case unveiled a deep divide between Bunker Holding's chief legal officer and Dan-Bunkering regarding Russian customer Sovfracht, which supplied jet fuel to the Russian military. The discord started in September 2016 when Sovfracht was added to the US sanctions list.
