At least three people lose life in decom accident

Three offshore personnel have died while working at the Bouri field off the coast of Libya. Differing sources report further deaths and injuries.

An accident on Friday in connection with a decommissioning task at Libya's offshore oil field, Bouri, has resulted in the death of at least three workers, informs field operator Mellitah Oil & Gas, a joint venture of National Oil Corp and Italian oil supermajor Eni.
