Equinor EVP leaves oil industry

After six years at the Norwegian oil company, Al Cook has decided to take up new employment in the diamond trade.

By April 1, 2023, at the latest, Equinor will have appointed a new profile to head global upstream operations. Executive Vice President of International Exploration and Production Al Cook has opted to step down from his position to instead take new employment beyond the energy sector.
