ExxonMobil’s Chief Executive Officer, Darren Woods, has received a 10% raise following a very strong year for the company share. Media MarketWatch notes that the share price has gone up 79.5% in 2022 compared to a 14.6% loss by the S&P 500.

Woods’ annual salary is set to increase to USD 1.875m in 2023.

Meanwhile, Chief Financial Officer Kathryn Mikells also sees a base salary bump to USD 1.22m from USD 437,000 in 2021 when she started in the job.
