Institutional investors support lawsuit against Shell

11 members of Shell’s board of directors are at the center of a lawsuit on account of their failure to come up with concrete steps for a shift away from fossil fuels.

More than 60 shareholders have voiced support for a lawsuit filed against members of oil and gas company Shell’s board of directors, reports Danish business media Finans. Among them are Danish pension funds Akademikerpension and AP Pension as well as Danske Bank.
