Canadian convenience store chain to buy TotalEnergies German, Dutch service networks

Couche-Tard has signed on to a EUR 3.1bn deal to buy 100% of the French company’s service networks in Germany and the Netherlands, while entering joint ventures in Belgium and Luxembourg.
