Stable oil prices: Weak Chinese economy counterbalances cuts

Oil prices are largely unchanged on Tuesday morning after data from China shows hat the country continues to struggle with its weak economy, balanced by expectations of future extensions of supply cuts from The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries and its allies in OPEC+, according to news agency Reuters.
