Dong loses the gas battle to Maersk in the North Sea once again

The Danish Energy Regulatory Authority has determined that Dong Energy has overcharged the cost of transporting natural gas from the North Sea. This amounts to DKK 200 million too much, but the consequences could end up much bigger.

Dong Energy has overcharged for the transport of natural gas from the North Sea. This has been recently revealed by the Danish Energy Regulatory Authority (DERA) based on a complaint from Maersk Energy Marketing (MEMAS).
