One international bank and one Nordic bank will lead the efforts when Maersk lists its oil division on the stock exchange, reports Danish media Berlingske.

Citing anonymous sources, Berlingske writes that Maersk has sent invitations to several banks, asking them to explain how they would list Maersk Oil, how they would value the company, and how they would sell the "story" to the stock market.
