Credit Suisse foresees relieved shareholders in Maersk Drilling sale

The estimated USD 4 billion price for Maersk Drilling may look disappointing, but a concerned market would appreciate a sale, says the Swiss bank.

Should Maersk sell its drilling division Maersk Drilling, shareholders will welcome the sale despite the rumored price, which is below consensus estimates due to problems in the sector, says investment bank Credit Suisse in a comment.
