Global declaration: Climate change mitigation requires private capital

Following a Danish initiative, several countries and organizations including The World Bank, OECD and IEA have banded together to establish an international framework for green energy investment.

By 2050, at least EUR 16,779 billion worth of global investments in renewable energy is required. Add to that an additional EUR 16,779 for energy optimization.
