NKT loses appeal on cartel fine

11 cartel companies illegally split markets and customers on an almost global scale in order to keep cable prices up, concluded the EU Commission.

NKT and ten other cable manufacturers have lost an appeal about a collective cartel fine of EUR 302 million issued in 2014, writes Bloomberg News.
