Polish gas company complains about Commissioner's agreement with Gazprom
State-run Polish gas company Pgnig has submitted a complaint to the European Court of Justice regarding the agreement between the European Commission and Gazprom.
European Competition Commissioner, Margrethe Vestager announced in May that she had reached a deal with Gazprom, whereby the Russian gas company escaped a EUR 1 billion fine by committing to abide by European competition rules.
