Siemens Gamesa down in Q1 deficit

As previously announced, the German-Spanish wind OEM loses EUR 229 in the first quarter but retains a long-term outlook, revealing a 82-percent surge in order intake.

It comes as no surprise that Siemens Gamesa's bottom line for the first quarter of its staggered fiscal 2020 is written in red, as the wind turbine maker disclosed as much last week with the downgrade of its full-year guidance.
