EU climate act already rebuked before launch

Far too slow, say critics about the climate bill to be presented by the EU Commission noon Wednesday. Players like Danfoss, Danish Energy and the the EU Parliament are concerned that action will not be swift enough, even though certain aspects of the bill are also commended.
