Norway signs energy deal with the US

Washington D.C. and Oslo sign a deal to promote offshore energy cooperation, not only entailing oil but also offshore wind – especially the floating variety.

Norway and the US are formalizing their energy partnership. The two countries have signed a Memorandum of Understanding meant to strengthen to two nations' cooperation on offshore energy technologies, the US Department of the Interior informs in a media release.
