Political majority favors municipal wind energy veto in Norway

Norway's Labour Party (Arbeiderpartiet) supports a demand that municipalities be given the opportunity to process new applications for wind farms in accordance with planning and construction legislation. With the party's support, there's now a majority in favor of the proposal, writes domestic media Aftenposten.
