Norway turns around, rejects 350-MW offshore wind farm

The Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum and Energy on Friday upheld previous decisions to not extend the licenses for wind farms Remmafjellet and Kvinesheia, while also rescinding an option to extend the deadline for coastal offshore wind project Havsul I of 350 MW.
