Habeck's rush package for German green power build-out planned ready in April

Germany's new Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Climate Action Robert Habeck targets completion of a regulatory package in April to ensure national expansion of renewable energy and multiplying green hydrogen production.

A bill for onshore wind regulation to reconcile considerations for new wind capacity and wildlife conservation, reserving 2 percent of German land for wind, and expediting approvals.

This bundle is one of several proposals that German Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Climate Action Robert Habeck is seeking to have approved as early as April this year.
