EU lawmakers endorse massive offshore renewables push

In a newly approved strategy on EU’s offshore wind ambitions, the EU Parliament backs a proposed proliferation of offshore wind turbines and development of other ocean sources. It sends a clear signal, says professor, who is nevertheless skeptical of the present technological capabilities.
