CIP aims to raise EUR 12-15bn in funding for new green megafund

After reaching final close on flagship fund number four with a value of EUR 7bn in 2021, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners aims to exceed itself and push into double digits for a fund geared to green projects.

Four former employees of DONG, now Ørsted, are gathered under the same roof of investment company Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, which has completed ten successful funding rounds, and they are now set for funding round number 11 for a new flagship - which will reach the same value as the first ten combined, reports Danish daily Berlingske.
