The Danish government pools DKK 27bn CCS tenders

The 20% state ownership of future storage licenses is maintained, while one year has been shaved off the full capture requirement.

The Danish government has allocated DKK 27bn (EUR 3.62bn) to be put out in two large storage tenders of 0.9 million tonnes of CO2 per year and 1.4 million tonnes of CO2 per year in an attempt to accelerate the capture and storage of CO2
