Large fine on Sørlige Nordsjø II affects whether Eviny will bid

A large fine looms if the offshore wind farm is not built. Therefore, you need to feel pretty confident that you’re going all the way to the finish line to get involved in this, says the CEO.

Once a difference contract has been signed with the state, the Ministry can demand a fine of NOK 2 billion if the consortium does not build the Sørlige Nordsjø II park.
