Norway postpones offshore wind tender

There will be a joint notification for Utsira Nord and the areas relevant for floating offshore wind in the 2025 round.

The Utsira Nord floating wind project will not be put out to tender until next year. As a result of the process of notifying the EFTA Surveillance Authority ESA of state aid for the offshore wind turbine areas Sørlige Nordsø II and Utsira Nord, the Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum and Energy is making changes to the announcement of the project area for offshore wind in Sørlige Nordsø II.
