Energy law expert suggests new agency after Open Door learnings

The speed of the green transition can be increased and misunderstandings avoided by gathering EU legal knowledge in one authority, says external lecturer in climate and energy law, Kenneth Andreasen.

It seems that it should be possible to make rapid changes. With climate targets and energy crisis staffs, the Danish government emphasizes on a daily basis how much it intends to ensure the green transition. The same goes for the EU, which is trying to remove obstacles with emergency regulations and relaxed state aid rules.
